We have had this practice in place since Valhalla’s inception in 2014.
This allows staff and partners to schedule those little things in life that are necessary, such as a visit to the dentist, the doctor, the hairdresser, etc for Fridays.
Aside from being very much appreciated by staff and partners alike, the results speak for themselves. We work harder Monday through Thursday and produce more and better quality work as a result.
